The California Bar Exam is a 3 day exam. The MBE score is 35% of the total score.  The essay questions and performance tests combine to account for 65% of the total score.

In addition to successfully passing the California Bar Exam, an applicant must attain a scaled score of 86 on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam.  Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Free Online MPRE Review Course. 

The California Bar does not recognize past MBE scores.  You must take the MBE when you sit for the California Bar Exam.

The California Bar does not have any reciprocity agreements.
